Rate and Hotel Information
The 色控传媒 group rate at:
- Westin Nashville is $309.00 for single or double occupancy and sales tax is 16.75% plus $2.50 city occupancy fee, per room per night.
- To book directly with the hotel call (615) 248-2800 and please reference 色控传媒 or 色控传媒 State Issues Retreat, to receive the contracted group rate.
Reservation deadline is Wednesday, September 10, 2025 or when the room block is sold-out.
Rooms at this rate are for arrival on Monday, October 6, 2025, and departure on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Space is limited.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and the contracted rate is available to 色控传媒 conference attendees only. This is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night鈥檚 room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.
If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (Monday, September 22, 2025), the deposit will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within thirteen (13) days or less prior to arrival (Tuesday, September 23, 2025 鈥� Monday, October 6, 2025), the individual will be charged the entire length of stay.
