In her role as Associated Vice President of Behavioral Health, Tory oversees statewide internal and external transformational Whole Person Care initiatives for Molina of Healthcare of WA.
Prior to her Molina work, Tory, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, spent over 25 years working in the community as a clinician, and in the last decade transitioned into health systems and managed care leadership roles. Tory has built state and national clinical programs to include Zero Suicide in Primary Care, a Centene Sole Source Managed Care Foster Care program in WA state, Kaiser Permanente of Washington鈥檚 Integrated Mental Health continuum, as well as leading multiple integrated statewide Medicaid managed care implementations. In addition to her Molina leadership role, Tory is the Board President of the Americas Foundation, maintains a private practice and continues to be passionate about working with other healthcare providers to support systemic changes and innovations in care delivery.
