As Vice President of Product Management, Morgan leads Kyruus Health鈥檚 product vision, strategy, and development of its buyer, partner, and consumer-facing applications. Morgan brings 15 years of experience as a digital health product leader, building innovative and scalable health technology that has improved quality while reducing costs for patients, providers, and payers. She鈥檚 marshalled product development teams to build SaaS platforms inclusive of consumer-facing native mobile apps, enterprise web-based workflow software, analytic decision engines, AI, and integration hubs.
Key accomplishments include supporting RxAnte鈥檚 successful growth from Series A funding through acquisition, being a registered Inventor on RxAnte鈥檚 RxEffect鈩� technology patent, increased value derived from existing offerings, resulting in substantial YOY revenue growth for ARRs $5-40M, and recruiting, developing, and coaching teams to become high functioning, customer- and user-centered, and agile.
