Jill Vaslow

Jill Vaslow is the Managing Vice President of Benefits at Marriott International. In this role, Jill makes the connections between Marriott鈥檚 global benefits and wellbeing strategies and the organization鈥檚 business goals and culture. When done well, benefits and wellbeing programming are a reinforcement of People First culture like Marriott鈥檚. Jill鈥檚 team looks for opportunities to drive attraction, retention, engagement and productivity through support for associate health.
Prior to joining Marriott, Jill served as employee benefits leader for The Cigna Group and led a number of ancillary functions including talent analytics and M&A. Jill also held various human resources leadership positions with Nintendo of America, Fujitsu, and SCO. Across the span of her career, she has served in both generalist and specialist roles in HR. The path to well-being is a passion for Jill outside of work as well. She spends a lot of time thinking about the food her family eats, and tries to get outside with them as much as possible.
