Eve Gelb, MPH
Chief Innovation Officer, Gold Coast Health Plan
Ms. Gelb is an experienced healthcare executive with a demonstrated history of serving people facing economic and social barriers to health. As the chief innovation officer, she leads the development and execution of the care model and products aimed at enhancing the quality of care and improving health and social outcomes for Gold Coast Health Plan鈥檚 members.
Prior to joining Gold Coast Health Plan, Ms. Gelb held progressively senior roles at SCAN Health Plan specializing in the delivery and integration of services for members who have complex needs including members with both Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Additionally, she is the past chair of the Special Needs Plan (SNP) Alliance board, second vice chair of the WISE & Healthy Aging board, and board member for Su Casa-Preventing Domestic Violence. Ms. Gelb holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University.
